2015 Countdown to NoonPriestley Forsyth Memorial Library and the Northumberland Fire Department are gearing up for the 3rd Annual Countdown to Noon!  On Thursday, December 31st from 10:00 – 12:00.  Thank you to sponsors: 94KXWKOK News – Sunbury Broadcasting.  Thank you for additional funding made available by Moyer Community Trust.  This event is mostly outdoors as you will be traveling between locations to enjoy all activities.  Please Dress Appropriately for the day’s weather.   • Science Experiments and Demo with Ron Blatchley, Retired Chemistry Teacher, limited to 15 children per session (**Ticket Required – Downstairs in the Library Front Room).  Mr. Blatchley will discuss and demo some of Joseph Priestley’s experiments about the discovery of oxygen.  Age Appropriate for 2nd grade and up.
